Whats a good digital EQ?
How much do you want to spend? What does the rest of your system consist of? How much space do you have for an install? Do you have access to tuning equipment or will this be done by ear?

I dont want to spend more than 300 on just the EQ. the rest of my system that will be installed is in my sig. i want the eq to be single DIN size so i can fit it under the head unit im going to put in and hell no i cant tune s**t by ear

If you must have one, I would suggest something along the lines of an Alpine ERE G180 or something simple like that. Most of the time keeping a well installed system simple is better IMO...

What would be a good EQ for my future system consisting of:
Alpine CDA-7998 head unit
Alpine CHA-1214 12 Disc CD Changer
Focal 165W 6.5" Component System for the front
MB Quart 6X9's in the back...
gonna rebuild my sub box for my 4 10" subs
1 rockford fosgate 800.4, and another 400.4 (most likely)
Gonna get 1 or 2 more additional capacitors
And whatever is in my signature...
