How much do you want to spend? What does the rest of your system consist of? How much space do you have for an install? Do you have access to tuning equipment or will this be done by ear?

There are not too many quality choices for digital EQ's that meet your requirements in price or size. Since your system is quite simple, I would actually suggest a simple 11 band EQ. this way you can easily tune it by ear and make adjustments on the fly. I really suggest that you keep your EQ choices simple. In my opinion, your application would benefit more from a quality, carefully planned install than adding an EQ...

If you must have one, I would suggest something along the lines of an Alpine ERE G180 or something simple like that. Most of the time keeping a well installed system simple is better IMO...

What would be a good EQ for my future system consisting of:

Alpine CDA-7998 head unit
Alpine CHA-1214 12 Disc CD Changer
Focal 165W 6.5" Component System for the front
MB Quart 6X9's in the back...
gonna rebuild my sub box for my 4 10" subs
1 rockford fosgate 800.4, and another 400.4 (most likely)
Gonna get 1 or 2 more additional capacitors
And whatever is in my signature...
