What is the thickest spacer that will fit 3/4" or 1 "?????

I have a 3/4" spacer in my door and it's pretty tight. I know I have a TL but I figured they are probably very close.
Easiest thing to do is make a 1/4" plywood spacer. Take the speaker out and put it between the speaker and the current 3/4" spacer. If it works, you can either make a new spacer, or just glue the 1/4" one to the 3/4" and seal it up really good.
