NEED HELP ON MY acrua tl-s 2002 the trani is bad

HEY guys.....

i need help on this....

I have acura tl-s 2002.... and i got 22000 miles on the car.. and i think it has transmition problem... the car is not responding to acclaration properly.. and it gives me response after like 10 sec... and the car all the sudden jumps.... (like u know when u break heard and let it go)... so i took it to delear.. and they said they might have to put new transmition in...
when i bought the car, THE DELEAR TOLD ME THAT... AS LONG AS THE CAR UNDER WARRANTIES.. AND IF SOMETHING BREAKS AND IT COST MORE THEN 2% OF THE CAR PRICE U GET A NEW CAR?

DOES ANYONE KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THAT? DID THEY TELL U THE SAME.... I NEED SOME HELP.. SO IF U CAN EMIAL ME OR POST IT ON FORM WOLD BE NICE..........

I would check to see if you have that claim in writing.

Most little problems would equate to more than 2% of the car's total cost.

If your car was $34,000 2% would be $680. I can't imagine anyone replacing a car for a bad stereo, for example.
