I don't know anything about those speakers in particular, but just looking at the auction I noticed two things:

First, it says nothing about whether or not these speakers are new, used or refurbished, have all the original brackets and grilles, and are in the original packaging. I wouldn't pay more than 50% of MSRP for used speakers. Don't assume anything on eBay, you should get the seller to be explicit on the contents and condition of the product.

Second, if you look at his feedback, this is the one of the few items he is selling instead of buying. It would seem to me that adds a little more uncertainity of the sellers integrity... so bid with a little caution.

Also keep in mind that most products bought off eBay will have the warranties voided since they weren't bought from an authorized reseller, even if they are brand new.

 

CDT Audio makes great speakers. I have the HD63DTS in my car and they rock. Ron (StreetEffectz) was blown away by the amount of midbass these things put out.

Anyone that was at the PA meet last weekend got to hear them. Keep in mind I'm only running 30 watts/channel into them and they sound great. I highly recommend them.
