What to do???
Hey, im new here, so what up to everyone.
K i just got a 96 Tl and im thinking of putting a completely new system in it. For right now i think im gettin a Alpine CDA-9827 for the HU, and 2 15' Res.Eng XXX's. Im not too sure what i should do for the amp and door speakers though, and i need to replace them quickly since one of them is rattling and making weird nosies. Ne suggestions???

What's the impedence on the RE XXX? did you get the quad 1.2ohm or the dual 2ohm? How much are you going to spend on the amp and speaker total?
What kind of box are you going to put those 2 15" XXX in? Please don't say sealed. lol. I looked at a friend's trunk the other day and it when I putted in a 2.2 cube ported box (God forbids me for putting that sub in such a small box) for the 15" RE SE, took up so much space already. If you're going sealed, Just go with a single XXX and put it in a big ported box. Preferrably around 4.0 cubic feet.
