I need a hint where to pry open the tweeter housing from the door.

Can u just pull it by hand or need to use a screw driver.

I just don't want to get started and damage the tweeter.

You need to pull the whole triangle out starting at the highest point of the sail. There is a metal clip just in front of the tweeter. The tweeter grille is taken out from behind not the front so dont try to pry it up.
