I just got a viper alarm system for Christmas however I am scared to get it installed. Does the viper system void any factory warranties? I have a 2003 tl-s with navigation.

 

no..not whatsoever.......not that ive ever heard of....but i wouldt wanna be responsible for it...so someone else back me up here

 

The act of getting a system installed does not void warranties - in fact, there is a federal law preventing that.

Specific installer actions can void warranties if the dealer can show that it caused a problem.

I have no idea where you are located, but installation is key. You need a good install.

Is your TL-s an AT?

 

Yes. The transmission is automatic. Should I let best buy do the install?
