Finally upgraded the arguably worst parts of my system. Out came the Alpine MRP-M500 and Taramps TS 400x4, and in went the CT Sounds CT80.4d and CT2000.1D, redid all my wiring, even went so far as to build an amp rack with cooling channels. Stoked I finally got this build where I wanted it to be for the audio system. Now time for more deadener and carpeting to make everything pretty again 😅 This VIP KA9 RL project is expensive, but well worth it IMO. Love me my Legend.


Got some maintenance items coming up soon as I rolled 99k yesterday. Already have them, just waiting for another free weekend to put in the $950 in maintenance parts and parts I’m replacing to ensure a long life out of them.

I’ll keep you guys updated as I do more, but I’m coming for the title of cleanest VIP Legend/RL, and this is a no expenses spared build at that. This car is my baby, there’s no aftermarket for it, so I do all my own R&D. She’s Vermont Green Pearl in color, and soon to be on some new shoes…

 

Dude are you still around on this forum by chance? Did you ever get around to writing up a pin diagram for the bose amp speaker wires?
