Just got a new 2003 Acura TL 3.2 and i needed the codes for the radio, i found a simple way to get this free, IF it is the original equipment in your car, first, with stereo off, hold down 1 and 6, then press power button, while holding 1 and 6. it will give a 8 digit code, write this code down, then, go to this website, type in the required info, https://radio-navicode.acura.com/ once your done, it will give you the codes for that device if all info matches properly, FREE OF CHARGE!

Ok. So I just bought a used 2002 3.2 TL type S. The radio now only plays 1 station on every preset, seek, am/fm
etc.. The cd player works flawlessly! The one thing I noticed as this has happened, I can now only change volume with the steering wheel control. The knob on the radio is , for a lack of a better word, deactivated somehow. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I'll add a bit of info. My car is also a 2003 TL. As with many Acuras, the serial number for the stereo will display separately as first a U and four numbers and then an L and four numbers. On the website form, enter the 8 numbers without the letters and no spaces. So, a serial number U1234 L5678 would be typed 12345678. It took me three tries to figure that out and you only get three tries.

 

Radio code is also on the inside of the glove box.

 

Tried code it came up but the code has zero's in it. 3 to be exact. there are no zero's on preset buttons of radio?
