I think you guys should gather up the threads about JL subwoofer products into a sticky like the 3G garage since its pretty common. I had a hard time to specifically search for JL w7, w6v2 since you need at least 3 letters. or would be nice to have a garage for specific audio brands,
like..
JL Audio
Memphis
Kicker
Alpine
Pioneer
etc

Sounds like he either wants a sticky about frequently asked JL Audio questions, specifications etc, and/or subsections of this forum dedicated to specific brands of car audio.

I think what he means is have name brand(JL,Focal,DLS,) forums under the audio/video forum as sub forums or as stickey's with specific info on each one.

So if you come to this forum and want to find something specific about a sub/comp/amp from a manufacture you just go to that forum or stickey.

 

Yeah but that specific info, specs and such, can easily be found elsewhere on the net. The only thing unique here will be reviews and opinions on the sound...and I don't think there are very many comprehensive reviews.

 

I don't think this section should try to compete with audio forums. I like that it focuses on a single car, but even sub-forums by model have been nixed... I think that brand info can be found many places : )
