use existing Sub with an addition sub

How can i wire the HU so that it can use the existing Sub with another one that im gonna put in the trunk?

You won't want to do that. I think I may have explained to you about the coloring of the bass and interference. Trust me, it's a bad idea. But all you'd do is get a LOC (line out converter, or hi-low converter, and tap the sub, then run it to an aftermarket amp)...
