Alright so i finally decided to shell out some money for some decent stereo equipment. i bought a jl audio 500/1 and a jl audio 300/4. i have a kicker 12 inch L7 in the trunk. havent installed yet but i was wondering if anyone had suggestion on some component speakers that sound good. would i have a problem running stock speakers?? and would i have a problem running stock headunit?? thanks

 

wait till the new pioneer 6000 come out, i like polk momo speakers, i think u should upgrade speakers and stock headunit only if you are just doing sub and amp.

 

You can run the factory headunit. I woud get an aftermarket one if you can afford it though. I have an alpine HU and I still use the factory speakers.
