1) How much should it cost to remove two single din units and replace the factory HU?

2) Will I need to buy new harnesses to hookup the stock HU again? When the installer removed the stock HU, he didn't give me any wires along with it.

3) I've got a sub in the back, will that be a problem hooking it up to the stock HU?

It should only run you about $75 to unistall the two single dins and reinstall the factory. There are no wires to give you from the factory headunit, they are part of the harness in the car that will plug right back into the factory unit. It's not a problem to hook your sub up to the stock radio either, the remote and the rca input will just need to be rewired.
