TSX 2006 RAAMmat Trunk
TSX 2006 RAAMmat Trunk
Took everything out of my trunk and wipped it down and cleaned it out.

I started with the very front of the trunk...I had a small pack of dynamat and used it there. the rest was used RAAMmat BXT

Ordered two rolls of BXT, and didn't even finish the first role. Lol so ya.. I wish I would have taken pictures of when I started but my camera was messed up.
Anyways the hardest part about this, was truthfully the carpet holders that u had to pull out *I broke about 3 * Also I would suggest a roller even if people say dont, it saves ur hands lol.

The results, well I havn't got my subs yet but im going to putting 2 12'' IDMAX's with 1300 watts each, and some CDT components on a 1400wat? 4w fosgate amp. But there is hardly any road noise (I cant even tell I have a trunk) ...no bullshit
Peace and GOOD LUCK its very easy

very nice. about how much weight do you think you added to the vehicle? i need to start layin down some sound deadener even with my one jl 10w3v3 but still concerned about added weight.
i might start with trunk lid and rear deck first since that where the rattles have started.

Alright well dont QUOTE for QUOTE me on this, I'm new the the forums and I'd hate to look stupid. BUT I put the unopened RAAMmat on the scale and got ~20 lbs...Put the used one on there and got ~5 lbs, so around 15 lbs I think. Honestly I can't notice anything..I thought I did today, but then I noticed my front tires were low so i aired them up, and just fine back to normal.. I know I'm going to hate it when I put in my system...It's going to be horrible :< *will have to figure something out*
