I have a 2001 CL-S and it has navigation.... I want to add an aftermarket stereo and dont want to put a double din unit in the car so I am looking for some kind of dashkit to add but I am having a hard time finding one. I see one on ebay but am worried that the colors wont match. There are no audio shops that I trust around here to make me one =\

No company makes double din dash kit for our cars, you need to either fabricate it yourself or buy it from street effectz kits..

 

What double din are you looking at putting in there?

At least it has some storage. I would LOVE to put a double DIN but no1 makes one that detaches!? Last thing I want to do is leave something like that in my car....

The bad thing about those pre-fabricated dashkits is that they all come in textured black. No matter if you have a Toyota Tacoma or a Acura CL. For a small fee I can take the single din kit and have the color and texture matched to our CL/TL dash. I have the single din kits in stock.

I might also be able to mold the trim ring from the deck into the dashkit to make a very stock looking appearance.
