Do you guys think that a set up, which includes two eclipse aluminum 12 inch subs, and 2 rockford fosgate 800a2 amps. Can work well together to perform at their best being used in a 1999 TL. clarity, power, and sound wise.

And what type of install i could get for six hundred dollars with this installed

 

For 600 dollars u can get a nice install done. also consider interior speakers because those subs overide A LOT they r no joke and I'm sure u know that by now. Check also if ur amps are 2 ohm stable because i think the subs r. if they r rig it like that because then the amps will push those things like u would even imagine. i built a box for a 97 prelude and hooked up a 1400Watt PPI amp to them, if i tweaked the bass a little more or added another sub I'm sure the window could have shattered those subs were pushing out 172 db. consider sound proofing for the trunk.
