Wrong forum...try Audio & Electronics forums. This thread is probably gonna go unanswered or moved. If you want a little more bass in your TL, I suggest going with JL amp/subs combo. A lot of people seem to like this combo, but again..try the Audio & Electronics forums

hey
i have 2 12 L7 Solar Baric with 700w alpine v12 bridged to both, basically the amp and sub are top of the line, ure not goin to set this up for anything less then 1100 or so, but if u want a nasty bass system you cant go with anything else. if you want more info you can email me @ snowdude1@aol.com or marcbenson@cadetmail.uscga.edu

why not for under $1100?

(2) 12" Kicker L7 - $170+shipping each
(1) Tsunami DB1100-$230+shipping

More power than the Alpine amp and cost way less too. Not sure what you mean by "but if u want a nasty bass system you cant go with anything else."

I'm sure there are other setups out there that will be comparable, if not better for the price.

I think ebay is a great place to get equipment. As far as what you or suggestions, we need a better idea of what kind of money you want to spend.

Again, depends on how much money you want to spend. Here is a quick rundown by price:

W3V2, least expensive and good performer.

W6V2, more expensive and great performer.

W7, most expensive but, currently one of the best there is.

For amps, JL has:
250/1

500/1

1000/1

If you are thinking about a W7, you need to be thinking about a 1000/1. W6V2 or W3V2 and you can use a 500/1 or 250/1. Depends on how many subs and how much you want to spend.
