Question can the speaker wire that goes to the factory sub be connected to the high leval imputs on my JBL BP1200 anp to run the box in the back?it seem like that would be way to simple to work. anyone done anything like this?

Well I kinda get what you are saying but the easiest way to do it is. Get a Line out converter and tap the + and - off the bose woofer and run the wires to the LOC and rca out of that to your amp and done. run the power ground and remote from the fuse box and thats it. IT will take u about 2 hours max.
