Sub location Back seat, Pics?

A while back I saw a picture on here of a guy's CL with the sub integrated into the back seat. Right above the center arm rest. Wondered if that was an integrated sub/amp or just a sub. I want to put a sub in my car, but don't want/need huge gains. Just something to clarify the bass a little. Also, don't want to sacrafice space in my trunk or back seat. Lastly, I don't want or need a sub that rattles my trunk lid when I'm sitting at a stop light. Infinity basslink is what I'm initially looking at. Any pics of how any of you mounted it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Don't really want to do that. I think the stock speakers have a really clear sound. Just want a teensy more bass. I know that a single integrated sub/amp would do the trick. Like I said, I don't want my trunk rattling, I just want a bit deeper bass.

correct me if i'm wrong but i believe 6x9's are all low bass, unless you set them to full range (but that requires an aftermarket amp)

A basslink sounds like what you need. See my pics in my sig.

For that setup you saw that was a separate sup. It was bolted in the trunk & simply facing the trunk pass through. I imagine the amp was mounted to the back of that box.

And your trunk will rattle with any bass. It likely does now & you don't hear it. The spoiler is the problem. Dynamatting the trunk lid will solve this, but then it makes the trunk heavy & it won't say open.

When I went to Circuit City to look for speakers and the guy told me that there are Pioneer 6x9's that for strictly to add more bass to your system I think they are blue cone and black. The guy turned it up and I felt the bass in the ground, but that wasn't for me because i believe that if you blast your music everyone should hear the words not the thump so I got something so I have something clear not thump. Check out http://circuitcity.com for those pioneers if you are interested or if not Best Buy would them but most people don't like their services. Good luck
