ok so I decided to reinstall my subs in my car to hold me over until I build a new box for em...well I got the newhi/lo converter got everything wired up right gave it some power and got noise...left and right speakers are connected and the power remote and ground are connected the subs were left as is when it was originally installed...any ideas on why or what could be causing so much noise through the speakers and they arent very loud either....they cant be heard from the drivers seat...any ideas on what could help

my set up is 6x9->hi/lo->amp->subs can someone give me a detailed checklist on what I should do in setting up this sytem in a TSX and what to troubleshoot for...thanks
