Post Sub Install

I've installed my Alumapro BP-10 and Phoenix Gold ZX400. I am wondering if it is bad that I used the wires going to the rear stock "sub" to go to my amp?

The rear stock speaker is still hooked up to the headunit too, so I have all 5 speakers plus the sub going.

Inspire wheel, 10" Alumapro sub, ZX400 Phoenix Gold amp, Python 1500 ESP alarm (remote start, sunroof, all windows up & down, prox, etc), burlwood dash kit and shift knob, factory spoiler.

The depends on which wires you used. If you used them AFTER the amp going to the stock sub, that's not good. If you used the feed that goes INTO the stock amp, thats cool. The stock sub amp does put out enough current to either ruin you line converter and amp over time, or itself.

Sounds great! In fact, my ears kinda hurt at the moment.

I don't want to show ya until I get the install finished. I'm mounting the amp similar to what StreetEffectz has done. But it should be done by next Sunday... we should post in General Discussion and see how many foos we can get to show.
