sub boxes etc...

Has anybody done their own custome sub box? Wood or fiberglass... anyone sprayed their own spare tire well? I'd like to save the 300-$600 for doing a custom box :p

i guess it depends on how much knowledge and time you have... i can tell you that if you have not worked with fiberglass it will probably take you a few tries to get it right...also what are you planing on doing i think that would help someone decide if it would be worth the time for you to do or should you pay someone to do it for you..

hmm... sounds awesome.

I have a first gen and I'd like to be able to tuck something up behind the rear seats and over the wheel well. I just want to take up as little room as possible... I was thinking of maybe doing a spare tire spray for the sub...

I'm pretty sure i could build a wood box without problems, but I think I could get the space i need for the sub by just mounting it right above one of my wheels. step by steps would be awesome so I could figure out if that's even feisable for me to do myself :-p
