well I want to get a serious sound system but I want to make sure I have the power to push it first.. anybody know where to get a stronger alternator for an older 3.2 tl?

How soon are you interested in getting one? I know a company that will rewind our stock alternator for $400. We'll jump from 90 amps to 200! Let me know if you're interested. I may do mine with the next 2 weeks.

BTW, the company is Ohio Generator.

Actually I might get mine done within the next 3 weeks. The price will be the same though.

I dont know what you mean. I've called almost every place I could find to get an alternator. I didnt just take the idea from Austin. I did my own research as well. I do speak to Austin all the time though and he managed to get Ohio Generator to lower their price. That $400 price was supposed to be a one time group buy price only, but they decided to keep the price since I'm friends with Austin. I dont hate him because he's been banned from this site. He didnt do me any wrong so dont think I didnt mention his name for that reason. Anyway, mad props to Austin.

 

guys guys... a little touchy on the austin subjct we all know that he did alot of research for the tl's alternators... and so did dom.
