Wouldn't it be cool if you connect the navi screen to a rear view camera (ala the new Q45), and put a switch to enable it even though not reversing?

How hard is this going to be, and will you think of making it?

I can think of many uses for it, for example, to record the cop who stop you, to record while the vehicle is armed (to see who ding my door), and least but not least, to see that nice chicks behind you in the parking lot without turning your head

I want this feature in the next RL that I plan to buy. My TL currently doesn't have navi, so, you still have at least one year to do R&D

I am not counting on my stock options now, so, I better start saving now.

What do you all think?

They run great deals all the time on Cameras. Wireless, motion, etc.

 

Pretty easy to do...mount the camera, give it power, run video cable to decoder....DONE
