stock speaker ohms?? Please.
Can anyone tell me what ohms the stock speakers in a 2002 TLS are running at. Please! I just want to upgrade the speakers to something that has better highs.

don't know too much about the systems in previous editions, but i would think it's normally 4 ohms. however, i think i have read that the bose system uses 3-ohm speakers. as for the sub...really don't know.

Does anyone know if Bose will tell us about the system if we write them? I wouldn't hurt their business, so I don't see why not. A schematic or wire diagram or something? I've heard different numbers on what ohm they are, ranging from 3-9. Never heard the sub was 1 ohm. If so, that is low. Pheonix Gold makes the amps for Bose, right? Nice to know it is stable at 1 ohm, I just wish the sub would respond better. Some song it sounds terrible, others it sounds decent. Listening to D12, it isn't all that bad... until you compare it to a real 10" or something.
