So far I've taken out the back half of the center console, the plastic piece covering the steering wheel, and all the screws i can find. I'm still getting resistance from removing the rest of the center console from the very top part of it, just below the wood trim. I've pulled as hard as i can forever so i'm convinced its not an interior clip. HELP!!!

 

Are you trying to remove the headunit or the center section under the dash? You don't need to take all that out to get to the headunit. There should be a couple of screws below the headunit to get it out.

 

Well, I got it all done now. I had read a post from awhile back that said i did need to do all that. Now that i got it off i relized i didn't. So there is a wasted hour lol. Thanks anyway!
