speed sensor wire

OK. I think I have all the info and parts to install a cva-1003 an alpine nav unit and one JL 12W6 (don't think the tl body can withstand the pounding of 2 of them). but I can't find anything on where the speed sensor wire is to hook up the nav. please help

Blue wire with a white trace located in the cruise control unit (above the gas pedal)

Wire for 2000TL w/o Navi

I have a 2000TL W.o Navigation, just got a n851 from Alpine. Was wondering where the Speed Sensor was located. Is it in the same place.. The cruise unit above the Gas Pedal?
