what are the speaker sizes for front and back and how about the subwoofer in the back.. and which would u guys recommend

 

They are 5 1/4 both front and rear. You can go bigger, but need a spacer and, depending upon the speaker might have to trim the metal on the door opening.

As far as brands, it depends on what kind of sound you are looking for, but you can't really go wrong with Focal Utopias if you wanna spend that kinda cash.

The sub is 9". Problem with changing it is the brace that runs underneath it since the factory sub is only like 3" deep.
