with these speakers will i need an amp to power then? or can i just replace my stock speakers with these? and will it sound better than the stock bose in my TL?

anyone know, I am curious too except I want to install Infinity Kappa 63.Is for all four speakers without replacing the HU and amp and still get superior quality to the Bose? I'm not looking for louder, just clearer.
