Hi everyone, I just purchased a 99 TL and plan on upgrading the soundsystem. I've been doing a lot of reading on these boards and they are very informative.

I was wondering since the factory speakers are set at 5.15in and everyone says you can mount 6.5in speakers in their place, what is the maximum depth that a speaker can go without touching the window or any other part on the door?

I was interested in a pair of polk audio speakers and there are some with shallow specs and some with regular, so im unsure which is necessary.
