I am looking at installing the following my 96 TL 3.2,,, NEW SONY SPEAKER XS-S160CX 6.5" 240W 2-WAY CAR SPEAKER, NEW APLINE SPR-69LP - 6" x 9" Type-R Coaxial 2-Way Speaker and have them connected to a SONY XPLOD XM-4060GTX 4 CHANNEL 480 WATT AMPLIFIER NEW!

Does anyone--know of any issues that I might be running in to? If so, I think I will have an professional install done...

 

Well, your main issue is buying Sony car audio.

If you aren't installing them, you shouldn't be running into any issues, the shop will.
