Nice as always. I see you hold your jigsaw very steady : )

It should be noted that all the JL cooling takes place with the fins on the edge, so mounting upside down is NOT a heat issue like it is with many amps.

Thats the exact spot I am going to mount mine! I didn't think about the cooling of the amp though. I guess if the heat sinks were on top it might be a problem.

Are you looking at the install w/equipment? And which install, the one with the JL equipment or the DLS equipment?

Well I would be interested in both install w/equipment and install without equipment.

I'm about an hour or so away (Camden,NJ). So I'm thinking about getting a amp to power my pair of Rockford Fosgate P1692S woofers. I still have oem speaks on the fronts that I might get replaced also.

Seeing your work on this site really got me thinking about upgrading my system for improved sound. What amp would you recommend to stricky power the 6x9's?

hate to ask such a noob question, but how do you install an amp on the back of the back folding seats?

Are there metal bars to drill into, or do you need to slip a piece of wood under the fabric, or what?

The back of the seat is solid and you can easily secure an amp to it with self tapping sheet metal screws or drilling a hole and using various types of screws.
