So confused. Opinions wanted.

Right, so I have an 02 TL and am looking to get some extra A/V Capabilities out of her. I am looking to keep sound the same/upgrade maybe, GPS, DVD, CD (6-disc if possible), direct linkage of the IPOD (if no carputer)
1) Should I replace the stock HU? >> problems it may cause
2) If I keep the stock HU could I get anything decent in a 1/2 din slot?
3) Should I go Carputer or new HU?
4) Can a Carputer pump out the jams like an HU?

Thanks for your help ahead of time. This whole situation is beyond me completely

1) For your list I would go new HU. The new Kenwood?

2) a DVD or a screen but not both.

3) New HU.

4) Fidelity on PCs is not as good as on good HUs.
