I'm going out on a limb here, but I think you have the PAC turbo line driver and you ahve the SHOND and they both have female RCA ends? Which would mean you need a male to male RCA? Just shooting in the dark here...

Eld is dead on. He's got a PAC Turbo 1 Line driver along with the SNHOND3, and he's trying to hook his mp3 player up.

Sounds like he just needs another RCA cable.

Yes this it true. It needs power. So are you happy with the sound without the Line driver? Do you get any ground noise? Do you have to turn the volume up on the Stock HU extremely high in order to be able to hear it well?

If you're happy with it, you can just return the line driver or sell it in the black market section here.

If you want to hook it up, you just need power and ground. In the TSX you can get it a lot of different ways. Here are some options:

1) Ignition - Get the power from the ACC (Accesory output) of the ignition
2) Get power/ground by tapping into the 12v power plug next to the NOT AN ASHTRAY
3) Get power from the fuse box using an add a circuit. Ground to a bolt in the fusebox.

The 2nd and 3rd option are the easiest ones to do. I think the 3rd one is the easiet actually. Let me know if you need more info.

Go to this thread and read about how another user did his:
https://acurazine.com/forums/showthr...light=tsx+fuse

*Note: Do not hook the red power wire of the Line driver to the Constant power shown in the picture. Hook it to the ACC power. The different between the two is that ACC only receives power while the car is on, while Constant is always receiving consistent power regardless of if the ignition is on.

Here's the diagram.
For power supply, I didn’t want to damage or splice into any factory wiring… So I check out the fuse box and found some empty slots. The top row has empty slots that provide switched (ACC) power and the middle row has empty slots that provide constant power. The bolt under the fuse box is convenient to use as a ground. I used the Mini Add-A-Circuit that I bought at Auto Zone to place into the fuse box (I had purchased two of these before looking at the fuse box).

On the driver's side. Close to where your left foot would sit while driving. It has a cover that you have to slide off by pulling it towards you. Just get really low and look in there and you should be able to see where it is and how the cover comes off.

You would need to buy some more wire and connect both of them together. Ask the guys at radio shack about what you need. Just bring in the Line driver and tell them you need to add 3-4 feet of wire.

If you don't want to do this, you could probably just connect to the 12V power of the outlet next to the NOT AN ASHTRAY, the only bad thing about this is you would have to take off the cover around the transmission area, which you might not know how to do. Taking the transmission area apart the first time is a little scary, so I don't think I would recommend it if you are a noob.
