I have a Soundgate Adapter I'm using for my Sirius Starmate Replay in my '00 TL.

It sounds great, but the audio isn't as loud as I'd like it to be (especially when a Cult, ACDC or Van Halen song is playing ).

Is there a way I can boost the input signal from the unit to the adapter input? I'd really like to increase the audio. Would an amp be called for in a case like this?

I'm open for suggestions and definitely appreciate your help.
