What do you guys think of the Rockford Fosgate 501S amp? I'm thinking of getting it to power a 10" Boston Acoustics sub in a ported box. It's the leftover sub that I've had in my two previous cars and is pretty decent.

I don't need crazy volume levels or anything. I'm just looking to add some punch to the low end. I think the power of this amp might be a little too much though, but I can always reduce the gain. It's got high level inputs and I'm assuming that's what I'll need to get it to work with the factory head unit.

Any other brands/models I should consider? Thanks in advance.
