I need to speak to others who have installed this avelectronics mod to their car. I am having bad luck with my tv reception. I am wondering if the problem could be related the metalic tint on the rear window the dealer installed. Could that harm reception?

 

The thing that make TV reception bad in cars is that the car is moving so reception sucks. It will always be better at a stand still, but I don't see there ever being house quality signal for the car!

 

Do you think the metalic tint could be causing problems? The reception sux sitting still once the antena is mounted in the car even sitting still.

 

You could just be far from a TV Antenna from the station broadcast. Or in a valley
