Talking Reprograming remotes

HI! I have three remotes, when I got my 3rd one programmed, the one I did not have there at the time stopped working. I saw it was a very easy thing to do, it took the guy 3 min to do in the parking lot. I am just wondering if I can save a trip back to the dealer and a bit of coin. There is a serious of steps and I am hopping that someone could help me out and tell me the steps exactly. Thanks!
