removing trunk panel

Does anyone know how to remove the felt trunk panel on the left side? I just got a small ding between the gas cap and the tailight (its so small you can only see it at an angle). I think I can pound it out with my friends rubber hammer. Since so many of you guys alter the trunk for electronic purposes i'e sub's, amps, etc...i was wondering if anyone had any pointers. Thanks.

1) Remove the grey plastic trunk tray

2) Unscrew the black buttons that are there to attach the cargo net & you should be able to move the panel out of your way. If you wanna move it completely...go to step 3

3) There's 1 more clip right behind the back seat near the passage way, but it's a pain to remove. I've only been able to take it off by taking out the entire back seat, but you wont need to do this.

Hope this helps

I think I include the instructions on how to remove trunk liner in there too.
