i am trying to install a scytek galaxy 2000rs remote start/keyless entry system in my 2003 cl type-s.

i have had no problem installing an omega immobilizer bypass, locating the appropriate ignition wires - but i am having some fun with the lock/unlock, truck pop and factory disarm locations.

is it possible to disarm the factory alarm without unlocking the doors? or is it possible to start the car without setting the factory alarm off?
is it possible to pop the trunk without setting the factory alarm off?

i found what seems to be the receiver for the key fob behind the glove box - up near the air bag on the passenger side. i can lock/unlock/trunk pop from this location - but these wires do not work once the ignition is on - so they aren't suitable while the engine is running via remote start.

i have come across probably 5 different schematics all with varying colors/locations for these accommodations and none have been accurate.

has any one actually been successful?

The CL/TL does not respond the same as other cars. Your best bet is to ground out the factory alarm & make it unusable. There's a good thread in the 2nd gen CL forum about it.
