Problems with controls on the steering wheel are usually due to problems with a metal ring found within the steering column. The dealer should replace this under warranty (assuming you’re within your warranty limits). I had the same problem within the first 5,000 miles. Sorry but I don't think there is a quick fix for this problem. I hope this helps.

like said above there is no quick fix. if under warranty bring it in. Otherwise you have to remove the steering wheel to get to it. Its not hard and if you plan on attempting this I have a PDF on how to do it and fix it

PDF file

Hello there,

My car is not under the warranty anymore. I think would be worth looking at the PDF file. Thank you
