REALLY nice visor screen kits for the DIY'er.....PICS!

Here's a 5.8" Fareheit widescreen kit that we just did if anyone is interested in them. They come 5", 5.6", 5.8" widescreen, and 6"....

the 5.8" widescreen is the most expensive of the bunch.....it's $262.99 for the kit...comes with everything you see there, wireless remote control, 2 video inputs, onscreen programming including auto power on, mirror image, etc etc.

The 5" kit is $200, and the 6" kit is $206.99

why is the 5.8" is more expensive than the 6"? and also does it come with both visor or one??

The 5.8" is more because it's a W I D E S C R E E N

One kit includes the screen, mounting kit, video input wires, power wire, and remote control

hey ron, since you are using the existing power wire from the visor as a power source to the monitor, then the only time the monitor has power is when the parking light or the head light is on. RIGHT??

Yes, the owner is a doctor, and NO, I'm not using the existing power to run the monitor....I ran new power wire to a switch

can i just re-route the existing power from the end of the wire?? i would guess it will be some where in the fues box??

I'm looking to get rid of my 7" widescreen tv's mounted in the visor, if anyone is interested. Was my own little project but decided not to put them in.
