I actually have been waiting for another groupbuy since the one last year, so i could pick up some RE Comps, but FREAKING they aren't included in this groupbuy....

I wish they had the XXX (even old ones). I like that subs. None of their other subs fits my application

I'm trying to find information on them from people who have them.
How do they rate with JL'S and Diamond Audio'S..........I'm familiar with those
I know they're pretty high quality.

anyone reason to pick the se series over the sx. i mainly listen to rock, punk, and alternative such as falloutboy, nin, 30 seconds to mars, etc. and i also listen to hip hop and rap sometimes. i plan on picking up this sub and the avicar set up for my cl. any suggestions? and suggestion for an amp? i'm running the stock deck until i have money for a nice deck like the pioneer double din or wait until the avic-z1.

the only reason i can think of if you pick SE over SX is b/c either:

1) you can't afford the sx
2) sx can handle more watts and you dont want to spend money on a bigger amp (SE can handle 600 watt rms and SX can handle 1000 watt rms)
3) you don't want your car to be loud
4) the box for the SX might be bigger than the SE

My suggestion is if you have the money for the SX, go for it! If you don't want your car to hit too loud, you can just simply turn down the gain but if you're ever in a good mood and just want to impress the ladies in the next lane, the option of having a big boomy bass is in your hands

Just an FYI on the group buy. It seems if there is a RE dealer in your area, you can't get in on the group buy prices and it's up to the dealer to match those prices or not.

Because it's unfair for the dealers. They need to sell too, and if RE interfers with the deal, everyone is going to jump onto the groupbuy and the dealers will have no customers. This is also why you won't find an RE dealer within ~30 miles of each other.

No no no. Not literally "fit" as in the physical fit. lol. I meant to say "apply". I dont have an integra. Yes my username is misleading. lol.

I need a sound quality oriented subwoofer, like the RE XXX, but it's too heavy, big, and cost too much. I've been with RE for awhile now. Kind of getting tired of them.

would it be better for me to get a new deck, and nothing else, or the avicar setup with a 12" re se, and no new deck. i'm looking for sound quality, not into the "let the block listen to what i listen" loudness. again, i listen to rock, alternative, punk, and sometimes rap and hip hop. lately i've been listening to carlos santana.
