Rattles....!

Rattles Everywhere...! I recently installed a amp and sub and wow I got rattles everywhere.. I do have some Dynamat.. Can someone tell me what the most common rattles are? I think the worst I hear is from the top trunk by the spoiler... Thanks..

When I first installed my amp and sub, the rear shelf rattle like crazy. I just fixed it this past weekend and my cabin is quiet once again.

What I did was remove the shelf, which requires to remove the backseats. I then applied rubber foam weather stripping, that you can get from Home Depot or Lowe's, around the edge underneath the shelf. I also put some around the brake light that touches the window.

I also found the main culprit of the rattle was the two hard styrofoam cubes under the shelf hitting the metal parcel shelf. Just put some of the weather stripping under that as well. Now the shelf sits back there very snug. I'm very happy with it, considering it only cost me about $3 for the weather stripping.

Once you fix one rattle, something else will start rattling.

Did you just use Great Stuff or something like it? Do you think this would be equivalent to Dynamating the trunk lid?

I've used spray foam in the past and it defintely did the job.. But I don't think it will work for all problems.. And I used the "Great Stuff"

Once you take off the seat bottoms, should be fairly easy and aren't at a bad angle.
