Rattle in the rear deck...

Post Rattle in the rear deck...

I took the stock sub out of my rear deck and now it rattles horribly when my subs play. Does anyone know how deaden this mess???

I prefer cascade matting but if you do use dynamat, use the super or extreme, cause the regular stuff likes to peel off...

You can use the hole for the stock sub as a port that goes directly into your sub box. I had that in my last car, sounded great, my trunk had not one rattle. All the bass goes directly into your car. I had a three chamber box, and the center chamber (the one with the subs facing each other) was ported through the deck. Sounds pretty good like that.
