I had my catalytic converter replaced last week on my '98 CL and upon attempting to drive over this weekend, the stereo will not work. I cannot get the code to come up for entry on the display of the radio. I have checked the fuses, both inside the car and under the hood, and all three appear to be intact. Also, I have attempted the preset #1/6 resolution while turning the key in the ignition to the on position but cannot resolve. Finally, I disconnected the negative battery cable and that didn't reset the stereo either. Any additional recommendations out there? Took into Acura but they wanted $100 to 'diagnose' the problem.

check all fuses. when my radio didnt work in my tsx it was conected to the light fuses o.o

 

There are 4 radio fuses total, there are 2 radio fuses and 2 backup radio fuses

 

im just saying u might want to check... you never know how things are wired vs how things are labled
