my gps and radio flick on and off for a single second.
i hoping its just a fuse? or am i facing more problems....

 

If it was a fuse, it would never come back after doing it once. But then again, you don't say whether it does come back. Can you turn the car off and on again to get another second of use?

Is this factory stereo/GPS or aftermarket?

 

i would be listening to music and then it randomly flicks off for a second. when it turns back on it plays the cd in the same place. it still works and it is the stock gps and radio. itsjust annoying...

 

Do the lights go out and everything? Is it only the CD, like a nasty scratch or is it radio and everything else too?

If it's everything, it's probably a loose ground. Happen more over rough roads, or when the car is hot?
