Quick basic setup questions

Ok guys, I've had some equipment sitting around in my closet for too long and im thinking about finally throwing it into the CL.

I have a JL Audio 12w-4 (Think this one got discontinued) and a Sony 200watt amp with both preamp and line level input.

First problem is that my current speaker encasement won't fit into the CL's trunk because of the Navi hanging down. So I need to get a new encasement.

What kind of encasement should I get for the speaker I have. I am getting this as an add on to the Stock system. My current encasement that I will be getting rid of is a Q-logic bandpass box. I used to have it in a 97 Honda Accord and honestly the bass was actually a little too strong most of the time. I couldn't ever to get it to sound quite right. I originally had a small wedge sealed box but that sounded even worse. The biggest problem I guess was just the stock system in the Accord had no midrange. So I had decent high's from the infiniti speakers I added in and lots of low frequency from the sub but no midrange-mid low... frankly it gave me headaches.

I don't think I will have the problem with the CL since it has better midrange with the Bose system.

So what do you suggest for enclosures? Id like to just go pick up one from Bestbuy or something. Some of the newer Qlogic sealed boxes look nice and I think they require less clearance than my bandpass box did.

Also, whats the best way to wire the stock system into my amp since it has both line level and preamp input? I think we can get both from the stock system right?

Thanks for any suggestions.
