So I disconnected my radio to get more access behind it for my XM install. When I plugged it in, I gode the "CODE" message. After calling the original dealer, I got the code, tried it and it did not work. I called back and talked with the service person who asked me if I had CD's in the headunit and asked if they were homemade. They said that I might have ruined the radio if there were homemade CD's in there and the code would not work.

This does not make sense to me, does anyone know what could be wrong?

hmmmmmm......TSX? That doesn't make since. I think you should be able to eject cds if you get some power to the HU. eject the cds and unplug the HU then try again.
