problem with DVD sound

problem with DVD sound

ok i have a ps2 installed and its all runnin to an FM modulator that is pluged into the ant at the back of the deck. now when i run DVD's the sound is weak, is there a way to up the power or something? i mean when at max volume it sounds like the radio does at 20 instead of 40. please help

sorry but i think this is why result of fm modulation. i used it at first too and had the same results...your best bet is to get the shond3 unit for aux input to the head unit.

can you explain the shond3 unit im not understanding what it is...what does shond3 stand for? and where can i get this?

The SHOND3 is the part number of the device that will let you add an auxilary sound input into the stock radio. There is a ton of info on where to get it and how to install it in the 'sticky' at the top of this forum.
